This recipe came from 101+ Delicious Diabetic Recipes published by Diabetic Cooking Magazine.

This is a test to see if the image is readable rather than me retyping the entire recipe.  Hopefully, that will work. 

 These are very good, BTW.

If anyone has a hard time reading the recipe as an image, let me know and I'll type it out.

I can read it but try scanning at a higher resolution. It will be a larger Mb photo but will work a little better.
