PRAYER CHAIN: Pray for the person before you and add your own prayer request

My husband and I are visiting a church in Texas in November and discussing the possibility of us becoming their ministers. My prayer request is for wisdom and clarity for us and for the church's members in discerning whether we are to do ministry together.

Dear Carla - I'm praying for you, and for all my dear and beloved friends here on Gather and elsewhere... I can't even imagine what I would do without your warm love and support! ;-) May God bless you all in abundance for every positive difference you've made in my life and life of others...

Also, please pray for peace, love and harmony for our world, for my country, for my very special family and for my beloved one... I hope we'll be able to find a way to each other's heart again.

Dee Dee, I'm asking for Health for you in mind/body/spirit and in all your affairs; Luzia, Carla - for great blessings of peace and clarity; Nan, I'm praying with you for the benefit of New Orleans - in particular, for the healing of New Orleans' Will-To-Good, which is its real bulwark.
Nan, for your personal request (?) - I'm praying for a great abundance of health blessings as well as true Freedom increasing and increasing in your life and those of your loved ones.

For my prayers:
I request the blessings of clarity of purpose and goodness of heart and truth of action for everyone in our Village who is in a position of responsibility for others - especially those responsible for the very old and very young and for those who need assistance in any way, including animals and trees - all beings.

My personal request is for the blessing of receiving the new, higher-paid position I've applied for - this OR something better, for the highest good of all.

Carolion, i hold your village in my prayers that they may perform to the greatest good. I pray that your needs at work be met with success and that you have the strength and skill needed to maintain that success.
My personal request is for my daughter. I ask that she finds new employment that will give her a sense of satisfaction and joy.

Doris, I pray for your husband Ernie, and for good health, which is the true wealth in one's life. As an animal lover and rescuer of strays, I ask for prayers for all God's creatures who are abandoned and left to fend for themselves in the wild.

Dear Heavenly Father please give each of us the wisdom and compassion to make Kay's prayer a reality for I already know it be your will that none of man's domesticated animals be abandoned. You proved theri worth heavenly Father when you allowed Adam to name each one in the Garden. Amen.

My prayer request is personal. Once again, as is the case in construction management, I seem to have worked myself right out of a job. This time it is a double edged sword because it means I've worked myself right out of a company apartment. Just over one week and I'll be facing joblessness & homelessness and not even sure where to go. I have a couple of good friends here in San Antonio. I have one great friend in Tucson. I have my best friend in NC. My sister and brother Ted are in SC. My oldest brother Alan still resides in Maine and my foremer employer has a bid on the Minnesota bridge that collapsed and said if they get that job, maybe they'll be room for me. One week and absolutely no idea what lays ahead. This nomadic lifestyle was exciting in my 20s, tolerable in my 30s (though it did cost me a wife), but unbearable in my lonely 40s. Whew, I am sorry to leave the next in line so much.

Robert I pray for you My God in all his loving mercy show you the way to your future. A home and in love.

I have had a very weak walk with God and need to be stronger. As I look at the needs of some I know my problems are nothing, and the list only grows for those that need help and guidence from God. This list helps me understand just how awesome God is and my list is small compared to what his. I would like for God to use me to help others in whatever or whereever he needs me, I know he will give me the tools I need to do the work he asks of me.

I ask the Holy Spirit to fill me to over flowing, so that God's love shines out to others.

I will add my prayers for all the ones before me, that their prayers may be answered in accordance with Gods will in the best way for them, since God knows what is best. May Our Lord God watch over and preserve you all.
I am asking for prayer for my family. Both of our vehicles are now out of order, and the bills are starting to pile up. If my son gets the construction job he is hoping to get, or my daughter may find a full time job, or my disability retirement would come in, then we would be able to clear it all up. God knows what is best for all of us. Pray His will comes through. thank you all.

Spefically for Lisa's family, I ask that you show her son and daughter-in-law jobs that provide for their needs and serve and honor you. I ask for a quick and favorable decision for Lisa's disability income.


I am asking for prayers for my son, age 23, that he discover his purpose and go after it, and that I would be provided disability income.

I specifically raise up Marilyn, who has need of a disability determination, and for her son, that he will discover Your purpose for him and enable him to persue it.

Be with Lisa and her husband and son as they have just buried thier little girl, Hannah. Let the toy drive they started that Hannah was such a big part of, be a mighty tool for YOU LORD. Be with the young man that shot himself in the head, and they told the family that he would be a vegatable and yet, he awoke and spoke to them. I praise you for that LORD, and I ask that he be healed in YOUR NAME!! I just praise you LORD, and I thank you for everything in my life, good or bad, as it has helped me to grow in YOUR LOVE. Be with each of us, your children, guide and direct us and use us as YOUR hands, feet, eyes, ears and heart. amen

My requests are these. My daughter needs a much better home for her family and better stable income. My husband and I are having problems with an adjacent landowner and we are on a low income below poverty level and cannot afford a lawsuit but cannot afford to let this man mess with our water and legal water rights, the water shed and other things. He is trying to do including trying to move fence lines of 22 years in place when we bought our home and property. He bought sight unseen and was lied to and didn't have surveys done or go through a realtor. For my son Dan who has had chronic pain since his surgery for scholiosis 17 years ago. He is getting worse and is on Morphine for pain daily but he said it is doing damage to his liver and bowels and needs to find something not so harmful. He said his quality of life is almost nil and he hates it. He is 34 and wants pain to be reduced so he can sleep. He sometimes is awake for 48 hours then sleeps for two days in morphine stupor due to pain. He hates it. For healing of family breaches between my children and with an older son to reconcile and God helps restore the family. For help in jobs for son in law and husband. for my health I have bronchitis and laryngitis right now but also Obese and need to lose weight as I hurt with feet, hips and knees with arthritis daily and fibromyalgia. I have 5 small children in my care 5 days a week and homeschooling 3 of them. Thanks for all the prayers.

Wow. I will need some time to pray for all of this. I will go to the Bible and claim a scripture for each of your needs. Thankfully the answer to all of them occurred when Jesus died on the cross. By his stripes you were healed. The chastisement of your peace is upon him. He was bruised for your iniquities. He was wounded for your transgressions. I pray that you understand that all this has already been done for you. It was done 2000 years ago. As Father Abraham did, "Call things that be not as though they were." Faith is what will change your life. Start believing. Thank God he has answered your prayers.

My prayer request is an easy delivery for my third and fourth grandchildren. That they live happy and healthy lives.
