Few places have intrigued me like the Winchester Mystery house. It remains on my top 10 US places to go investigate.

I have a friend that went there. He's watching the cams now, actually. Said he had vertigo in the Seance room and the fresh batteries in both cameras died... so he has very few photos from there.
I've been there a couple of times myself...it's just an odd place. I'm 5'2, but went with a 6'3 friend- he hit his head on EVERYTHING! It's a great place to go. I've been watching Most Haunted too- pretty intersting
I've been there. I only did one of the tours. They have several. I grew up in San Jose and never went to the tour, only drove by the house. I finally went a couple of years ago. It's very interesting and intriguing, not to mention it is absolutely beautiful inside. The furnishings are still intact. The tour guides do a good job of filling you in on historic significance, too.
One day I'll go back for one of the other tours, I think there are three of them. Then they have special "flashlight" tours on Friday the 13th and on Halloween. They sell out months in advance.

The extensive tour, and most expensive looks coolest.
I've been there. I went with my parents when I was younger so I only remember bits and pieces. It was a beautiful and unusual old house. There were things like staircases up to nowhere, doors that opened to nothing, doors and windows that had to be built in certain ways, places and in specific numbers, and the house had to be constantly under construction while Sarah Winchester was still alive. There was a stained glass window that was placed where it would never have sunlight shining through it. The guides told how much money Sarah got from different sources and it was a fantastically huge amount. I wish I had known Ghost Hunters was going there before it was on cuz I think that I would have watched it! Or do you mean it will be on Saturday night?
I don't know Joy, he never said he snuck it in. He had some photos of a few areas, but said the batteries died. FRESH batteries died.. so he didn't get more shots. Heheh.
Corina sounds amazing those flashlight tours.. wow. I never knew they had several different tours either.
I read a book about it years ago ever since I've wanted to go. Maybe one day :)
Teresa the show just went off the air. They were there for the past 7 hours. I don't know it might repeat? Not sure as I don't really like that show as a rule. *ducks from the rotten tomatoes*
OMG, I love the Winchester Mansion! Lol...did you ever hear the joke that Tevvy and our group on Neopets used to tell about how when we got famous we were gonna build an exact replica of it to live in so the whole group could be in one place to write? xD
I wanna go, too. We should take a joint trip there sometime. :P Er...though, it would have to be after I graduated....I don't think I'm going anywhere further than Pennsylvania before that...lol.
Lol...maybe they wouldn't, but I think it's worth it. xD I wouldn't mind losing my muse to live in a place like that. :P But she said we'd have to leave the ghosts behind. :( That makes me sad.
