Yesterday morning,I heard a strange sound coming from my laundry room. My husband had started the laundry and it was just sitting there. No spinning,the agitator wasn't moving and water was on the floor. It took me about thirty seconds to decide it probably wasn't going to be worth my while to have a 14 year old washing machine fixed. So today I went to Best Buy. I was going to buy a top loader but after looking at the energy efficiency ratings, I decided to go with a Whirlpool front loader. I had a 10% off coupon and I have a rewards card, so for about a $100 more than what the top loader costs, I now have a front loader. They'll deliver it on Monday and take the old one away. Can't wait to use it.
They give you 18 months to pay it off without interest so it's not taking a big bite out of my budget with the holidays coming either.
