Pilates excercise program from another perspective.

Going through some old tapes that I thought some might be redundant and Tapestock is so expensive- I came upon this great video I shot of a proper Pilates work out and indepth information.

Instead of just posting a video for a very small group I am wondering if there is enough interest in me going to the trouble of finishing this video?

So in advance of me doing it I am asking everyone if they think it would be something that would interest my gather audience?

Here is a short segment of this piece- five minutes  in length that was edited and used for my broadcast television show- It will give you a small example .

The other material I have is far more educational than a magazine segment format!

This in depth demonstration became what people would call the refuse on the editing room floor- so to speak.

Health is a very important topic and everyone that participats in something as intense -a discipline as Pilates deserves  recogition and respect.

If you are not aware of what Pilates is all about then this will offer you are great introduction or you can search - the name and it will give you more information as well.

I don't think that Pilates especially in this degree is feasable for everyone, but for anyone seeking a complete exercise program Pilates is an excellent way to stay in shape.
