This was what i found for the scavenger hunt at one of the local grave yards. I was about to give up hope. Most of the graves are from 1800 and early 1900's and so many were named John and Mary back then. I didnt think Id ever find what I was looking for and then I found this:
Julius T. Arbogast and his wife Anna Julius is pretty close to July

Close but not close enough.
A bit farther down the road I ran into this. Now this one is a lot closer to what I'm looking for and listed as acceptable for August. Augustus c. cook Nov 14,1834 to March 2, 1914
l
I was not about to give up just yet. I walked the whole grave yard and finally found it! ya and here he is.

Dr. August F Schleifer 1870-1900 sorta plain for a Dr. and no birthday or day of death, that is a bit different than most.
I was about to give up hope but while i have searching i got a ton of shots. Here are my favorite two paths In these two trees live several squirrels. That dont care for having people around.

of course no visit is complete with out a photo of the fuzzy residents.

I'm going to feature this over at the Graveyard Hunt group.
My favorites were photos 4 & 5, but all were great.
The squirrel was cute too.
It does not look too spooky. As long as it were day, I'd be fine...lol
great shots!
