Rules Question: two accounts

I don't know the official rule, sorry. My boyfriend and I both have accounts, though. We live in the same house and use the same computer so we are never online at the same time, but you can tell by his content that we are not the same person.

It would be silly if my husband and I had to share the same account. We might share a home and everything, but we are not the same person.

Never heard of a rule against a husband and wife having separate accounts.

Michael,

Your wife is free to open up her own account. Members in the same household are not discouraged from joining Gather at all, and some households have several active Gather members. :-)

Thank you everyone! I'll let her know she can sign up for her own account. Now we'll just have to figure out a way to not both be posting the same pictures of our kids ;-)

My husband has an account, he just never comments or reads!!, my younger daughter does some activity..but I am the main user!!

My hubby has and account but hardly ever reads or comments, not even on my stuff. Grrr. I doubt that I'll have to fight him about posting pictures.

We have two computers and hubby has his own account. There was a time when we only had one. It wasn't pretty.

I am sure it is OK for each of your to have an account. I am know many use only one computer but have two accounts. Different people, different interest and opinions. Let us know her account name to we can welcome her to Gather.

I share the same account with mine. Except we dont talk at the same time or have two accounts. We have one account and everyone knows who they are talking to.
