Update on ME!

Well, my birthday was yesterday, just turned 27.  This is the first year that I actually felt like I was getting old.  Not like really old but I can't really pretend to be a kid any more type of old.  Not that i have pretended to be a kid, I am married with three kids of my own, have worked at the same company for just about 8 years, as a supervisor for the past three or four of them.  But still, Starting to feel old.  I think I will freak out when I hit 30, but who knows. 

On Gather I just noticed that I got 795 points!!!  I had the day off yesterday and was commenting on TONS of pictures.  I think I will start doing that most days as I work 2nd shift so I can be on gather most of the morning, and at work I have access to this site so if I am slow I can spend more time here as well.  I am really starting to enjoy this site more and more.  Thanks everyone for the great site!

I have been "reading" the "wheel of time" books by Robert Jordan.  I say "reading" but I actually am listening to them on my Zune, it's like an ipod but by microsoft.  A friend had the books on a CD so I put them on my zune to listen too.   I am about 3/4 the way through the first book and I have to say I love it.  It has a lord of the rings feel, but not exactly...if you know what I mean.  I highly recommend it to anyone into this type of book.

At work I am doing well.  I have a few upset employees that did not get a promotion they wanted, but after talking to them and giving them information on how to improve for next opportunity I think they are okay with it...And I have a new employee starting in a couple of weeks so that should be fun.   Other than that there is nothing major going on at work.  

Well, that's about it.  I think I will post updates like this from time to time so if anyone has any suggestions on what type of thing I should put in here please let me know.
