Fantastic Scrapbooking website

I got two catalogs for scrapbooking in the mail yesterday. One from Oriental Trading Company and the other one is from Current called Times to Cherish.

I went online to http://www.timestocherish.com/frontpage.asp and looked at all the tips that they had. There are 107 different 15 minute projects, there is 27 30 minute projects, 9 45 minute projects, 14 embellishment tips, 13 technique tips, and 15 How-to's on the tools they carry. There are also a Beginner's Guide to Scrapbooking. All of these can be copied and pasted for future use.

I know that I marked several pages in the catalog of items that I wish to order. (Hmmm...now if only I had the extra money to place that order! LOL)

Oooppsss! That was supposed to say 107 total projects, but my mind works faster than my fingers! LOL Anyways, I have copied and pasted every one of them as well as a lot of the other things to do with tips and tools, whether or not I have the tools because they are tools that I want!

I haven't started to scrapbook yet, have no clue how to get started but I have about 6000 pictures in boxes that need to have something done. I have 4 kids and lots of memories and events.
I would like to get my first scrapbook started soon for my oldest child that is going to graduate in December from Army Bootcamp. I found lots of cool stuff for scrapbooking that are Army related but have no idea how to get this started.

I am in the process of trying to get some ideas to teach myself.
