Update on the puppies

Puppies are doing great. They haven't opened their eyes yet though. Should be any day now. I went and checked them and it seems we have 4 girls and 6 boys! :)

Mama doggy is still a proud mommy! She cuddles with them and feeds them. The pups are getting more mobile and more vocal. They 'yelp' and 'whine'. If the mama dog is away from them she too will whine to them.

I will get some pictures as soon as they open their eyes! I tried to get some yesterday but the little buggers are all over the place! :)

It only gets worse Dena. My mom raised Collie pups. the runt was the biggest and we called him bear. LOL.

LOL .. we have the one that was first born. He is fat .. and greedy. We joke say he was first born because he is so greedy and wanted the milk first! We call him the greedy lil puppy!

When they get their eyes and ears open and can run around I want to come and play with them! And I want to see what the colors look like now.

What are you going to do with all of these puppies? Please don't take this wrong. I love animals very much, but there are already too many dogs in the world. I hope you'll get your dog spayed now.
