SWISS VEGETABLE MEDLEY
This is a nice alternative to everyone's favorite green bean casserole for Thanksgiving dinner.
1 - 16 oz. bag frozen broccoli, carrots, & cauliflower combination thawed & drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can (2.8 oz) French fried onions
Combine veggies, soup, 1/2 cheese, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 can French fried onions. Pour into a 1 quart casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese & onions. Bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.

This recipe is probably fattening as all get out, but I only make it for Thanksgiving or Christmas, when everyone says, "to heck with calories!" I wouldn't dare make it for every day fare. But you're right. It is good and it does have veggies!

meals that I'm doing.....having friends over on different
nights. . . .
