Our provincial election is today.... so I am off to vote before I head back to school for class....
The party I will vote for has next to 0 chance of winning... but I figure that that is not a good excuse to not exercise my right to vote - if we all believe that and don't go, they will never make any progress.
I hate that it looks like McGuinty will win again - the Liberal liar - he promised to help autistic kids last time round - and no new taxes. ~Helped~ them by taking their parents to court rather than provide necessary services - and brought in a new ~Health Care Premium~ ...doesn't count if you don't call it a tax, apparently!
Will be a cold day in hell before I'd vote for the next most likely party, the Progressive Conservatives - their new leader doesn't seem as evil and unfeeling as Mike Harris was - but I'm not over the Common ~Sense~ revolution yet. Don't know that I shall ever be.
So that leaves the NDP or the Green party ...I used to always vote NDP but these days I am Green .... hopefully someday it'll get easier to be Green ... i.e. they will win a seat or two!

Green party did show a significant increase is their %age of popular vote - but not even one seat :(
