Hmm...interesting and I agree with Lynn C. It always makes you wonder, doesn't it? Like how they lived and what was their life like???

Believe it or not, I actually find walking through a cemetery (in the daylight) interesting and almost soothing on a beautiful day. Of course, that is before you had me looking over my shoulder for ghosts...

I love walking through graveyards. So much history on each tombstone. When I was little, we used to live next to a Japanese graveyard. I would walk through there all the time, I even buried my guinea pig there.

AWESOME!! I grew up a block from a cemetary. One side was new the other was old. We use to do rubbings on the headstones for art projects. Some dates you couldn't read until you did the rubbing. We got stones back to the early 1700's. I love cemetaries.

I recently took a trip to Southern Illinois to see a family plot. There were many more of 'us' buried there than originally thought. I'm having my mom send the pictures so I can scan them in and show them off.

Really full of history. I couldn't help but notice that one head stone was broke, it is a shame everyone doesn't respect the history property or thedead.
