Heal Ourselves, Heal the World

What’s missing in my life is ME!  I am writing this for myself above all else.  There are many things I need to heal about myself.  I need a complete overhaul or restructure.   I’m in fragments.  I need to pick up the pieces and lock them back into place like a jigsaw puzzle.

Today it’s about me.  Today, life is all about me.  And when I become ME I’ll truly be that radiant person surrounded by that white aura that everyone wants a piece of.  And I’ll say NO!  Go be YOU!

Sometimes I just want to forget I exist and concentrate on other things but denying yourself is not the way to go because you need to keep in contact with yourself. Have a good ME day.

Good article! I was just telling a friend the other day how I was trying to put my fragments back together to make a whole. Sometimes it's hard to find the balance between putting self or others first. Too much of one or the other is not healthy!

Jesus tells us to love our neighbors as ourself. What a lot of folks miss in this is that he must want us to love ourselves as much as we love our neighbors.
