The stores are loading up with christmas items.....and decorations.....

Anyone bite yet? Have you purchased your "first of the season" item yet?

I am trying to be good...though I have purchased a few gifts throughout the year.....nothing specifically christmas YET.....

since my house is too small to house it....we are putting up my tree at my sons( bachelor) house.....

They have this( ahem) very unique bottle collection....so we were talking about how we might put it to use for a very original christmas decor...LOL....

I love the Holiday Season...We bought a few craft kids to start making some things, but that's about it.

I have a couple of things. But, I buy them in weird places. You'll never hardly ever see me at the mall (mising the Mall Shopping gene...) but when I run across something just perfect for someone special in the family--I pick it up and sock it away for December. Then, I'm at least 3/4 done by the time Black Friday rolls around.

I'm thinking of buying old, super steady bikes for all the g-kids...and repainting them in their fav colors...and putting on new tires, chains, etc. (With appropriate princess / goth / spiderman painting effects!!!!!)
