Give me your input please...

It's about time for me to get another haircut.  I've been toying with the idea of growing it out again, but I'm not sure. I'm going to post a few pictures, just so you can see what I look like with different lengths of hair, and how my hair is. Please tell me if you think I should grow it out again or not, because I'm not sure. Thank you!!!

Ok, A LOT of pictures, and they are for the sake of looking at my hair, because some of them are bad pictures. But I figured the more the better, because then you can get a better idea of what I look like with the different lengths. So please, does it look better long or short or in the inbetween for length? If you can't tell my hair is naturally curly/wavy, although I usually do it when I get out of the shower so it'll dry and be straighte then it naturally is. Thanks again for your imput...

I was probably about 7, I'm 23 now, and yes thats my lil bro.
