Glitch?

On several subscriptions and many of my groups, I get notice that an article or picture has been published. When I open Gather.com to read it, nothing is there.

I wrote it off as a glitch and forgot about it. Today, one group posted no lest than 15 new photos and one frequent author posted 6.

Opening both feeds shows nothing there. When I click on the link within the e-mail, the page comes up blank.

Several days ago, I posted about 6 photos myself. A few people commented on them and I moved on. Today, I get notice that 'I' published new photos. That was odd since I hadn't. I know - I was there.

So I opened the link and there were the photos I'd posted a few days ago.

Is anyone having this happen?

Roger....go to the Gather Aidstation and explain the problem you are having there. Someone will do their best to help you. Just type "helpme" in your Gather search engine and you will be taken directly to the Aidstation.

I'm not having that problem, but I am having a problem posting a group icon to one of my groups. It won't let me!

I dunno, Rog, I haven't experienced this yet, but, then, I don't go back and check too much, either... If any of the photos in question are ones you submitted to JKK, I still have several of your kapshuned photos on the "Pending" page of JKK because the "content" isn't appropriate to the GP rating of the group... I haven't "kicked" them "back" to you, so they are still there...

(Jean) No,it's not just ones I submitted to KK Group, it's other groups I'm a member of. As for ratings in the KK group, just dump them; I automatically post to both out of habit.

Can't say that particular problem has happened with me, though I find sometimes images take a time to appear once entering a group - fixed after a hard refresh. I'm blaming my Firefox cache...
