A Man Without Hope
A man without hope is a pitiful thing
Lonely, forlorn
He is everything no one ever wanted to become
The epitome of all we do not desire
A man without hope is a solitary figure
One man alone
For company often brings warmth and cheer
And interesting anecdotes if nothing more
One who stands alone
At the gate separating all we hold dear
From all we stand afraid of, aghast, gaping
Because we do not know what to do
And so fear acts for us
A man without hope is no longer a man
For man cannot live without hope
Yet he is alive, yes?
Indeed this supposed hopeless man is alive
And so
He is not without hope
It was only a dream
An illusion, a mirage
Just us deluding ourselves
Because we are afraid of the truth
Just like always

doesn't mean that we all are a part of whatever?? I for one aren't
afraid of the truth, Momma always taught us to be truthful in all
that we should do. "John 8:32 Tells us about gaining the truth and
the truth shal set you free." I have my own opinions on some things
as well as you Ylanne but friends are important to me I hope that we
will remain good friends. Peace be with you always.
comments unfortunately. Also I spelt (shall) with one L!
