George, this is another site that all americans should be required to visit!...aside from all the halloween stuff here..it is the other lessons we could learn.
My hubby is from Ma and lived in some haunted places there. I love history and want to know as much as I can. we hope to visit up there and see things I been waiting to see for a long time.
Mary, I have to agree with you. Rebecca Nurse never deserved what happened(as the others also). The Devil did come to Salem, but it was that horrible sherriff. What amazes me is that those girls were never really punished for their lies. In a way, they committed murder.
Before my sister had passed away she had live in a few MA towns.
Great photos of this house! It is sad what happened in Salem. I would love to visit this area someday. That is crazy that the girls never got punished for making things up. I suppose they were punished in a way, they had to live with themselves after that. It would be interesting to hear what happened in their lives after that. I wonder if their bad karma followed them in their lives?
