I've been to Salem before, but it was in very early January (like the 2nd??), and not many tours and museums were open. I loved it there, though, and want to go back at Halloween some time.

Nice pics. The first time I went to Salem was on Halloween 12 years ago. I've only been back once since. It is a great town.

Heather, the first time I went was in July 91. We were in a heat wave and the town was empty! The whole area was different back then. We have gone back there quite a few times. Each year that we had went, it has gotten more crowded

Alexis, thanks..it was a pretty cool tour..downside..about 75 people were on it!

Trista, yes you would!! I know for you this would really be a hike, but it is an awesome place. Just do not go for your first time in OCT...it is crazy, they jack up the prices. If you do book a room, you have to book months in advance. I had booked this trip last Feb.
