JUST OVER JORDAN................

IF YOU HAPPEN TO BELIEVE IN HEAVEN, WHAT DO YOU THINK IT LOOKS LIKE??

WHAT ARE THE FOLKS WHO LIVE THERE LIKE??

ARE BABIES STILL BABIES?? IS EVERYONE 30 YEARS OLD?? ARE THE STREETS MADE OF GOLD?? DO ANGELS HAVE WINGS?? DO WE REALLY HAVE A LITERAL "MANSION" WAITING FOR US?? WHAT WILL LIVING FOREVER BE LIKE?? IS HEAVEN A LITERAL "PLACE"?? WHAT WILL WE ALL OCCUPY OURSELVES "DOING" FOR ALL ETERNITY??...ETC....ETC....ETC.........

I think heaven is different for everyone... whatever you picture it being is what it will be like for you. I would just want to see all my family and friends, and pets! That would be heaven to me!

I am neither pro or con on the heaven thing, but I agree with Sandra. I think if there is one then it will be different for everyone.

I have these fantastically wonderful dreams where I go back to other lifetimes, visit with people who have died, travel in space and time to memories of my past with family, friends, past loves, and lifes. I hope heaven is like my dreams.

I think it is whatever we love. I also think our pets and family that has already passed comes and greets us to help us onto the next level. Everyone's nirvana is different and specific according to our own personal likes and dislikes.

Heaven is a special place, known only to those who have gone there or "visited" (as in near-death experiences, I suppose), but I envision it to be different for each person, creating "heaven" for each. Of course, none of us will know until we are there. I think God has a plan for each of us and we interpret Heaven in our own ways when we arrive.

well berf, again you have brought me a memory of my mom...she was always singing and I've Got a Mansion was one of her favorites. It was one of the songs we picked for her funeral. She loved to sing and I can remember that one clearly. I believe that in heaven, everyone is happy and looks however he/she wants to look. The sky is blue and has rainbows and the streets are paved with gold.
And love & warmth & happiness abound.
