My sister-in-law makes this one a lot. Of course the kids love it!!!
SNICKER SALAD
3 Granny Smith apples, peeled and diced (or leave skin on)
3 bananas sliced (I don't always use)
3 large Snicker bars
1 16-oz carton Cool Whip
1 4-oz pkg. vanilla instant pudding
Cut apples, bananas and bars. You can put fruit in lemon juice to prevent it from turning brown. If you do this, be sure you drain it before adding to Cool Whip. Bars cut easier if they're cold. Blend Cool Whip and pudding mix together until smooth and creamy. Add fruit and bars. Chill at least 1 hour before serving. Top with crushed pretzels, nuts, mini chocolate chips or M&M's.
