Linn County Kansas Highway 1095 has numerous hills and curves with dead spots everywhere. Next to a church camp called Shalom is always cell phone signal loss point.

When my family was in Arkansas last summer on vacation a group of the girls came down late that night. We live in Oklahoma so it was a strange place completely.. Well we talked to the girls and they was about 1-2 hours away.. 2 giving that they were driving very slowly through the hills and curves.. so about 2-3 hours later we started calling them again.. and could not get any answer... So we decided to drive down and look for them since or cabin was down in the woods pretty far.. But still no sign of them at all! So Finally I called the Police in the town we was near and gave them alot of information to help us start searching for the girls.. They were finally found about 5 hours after we talked to them... The car had overheated and the tires were smoking and one of them was very very low! So they had to pull off.. Just so happened thy pulled off right where there was no service! They said they walked up the road a bit to see if they could get reception but none! There was 7 girls in that mini van and they had 5 cell phones and we could not get through at all on any! Now thats sad!

the otehr place is in the grocery store! Drives me crazy too cause I have to walk to the front if I need to call my hubby about something in there.. I hate it lol

I traveled back to Michigan a few years ago to visit relatives that I had not seen in many years. I left my husband and small daughter in Utah. When I was at my Grandparents house in Riverdale,Mi. I got very little reception, it was very crackley..Same when I went to Dads house in Crystal, Mi. It was hard to stay in touch with my family in Utah.
