The service department at our car dealer are the most frustrating and ignorant human beings that I have ever had the misfortune to meet. There is nothing worse than having a warranty that you constantly have to fight to deal with....I literally do not like these people and that is rare for me. Even more rare is Karen disliking people and she gets so worked up about going into this place that I try not to put her through it.
However, today due to schedules, I had to and of course she ended up calling me all upset because they hadn't done what I asked and when she questioned them, they again became rude to her. It doesn't help to call higher ups as they simply refer me back to the service manager who finds no problem with the ignorance and disrespect of these people.
So, if you are ever in the area or in any area where there is a Fucillo car dealership, before buying, go and check out the service department. It may save you a lot of headaches in the long run to do your shopping elsewhere.
