Homecoming was last weekend at Anderson, the high school we do Young Life at, and my wife had over about 10-15 girls to do their hair. They've done it before, and it keeps growing. It's great for the girls and their ministry, but it's a bit crazy for me.
Pretty much, every outlet is taken up with a curling iron or another beauty appliance. There is hairspray everywhere. You can't breathe. Then, of course is all the products they use. They use a Dermablend foundation and good Alexandra de Markoff makeup.
For me, the whole day is trying to stear clear. Since I never had sisters, it's all still pretty new to me. It will be crazy if I have a daughter. I spent most of the time hiding in my den, trying to get caught up on my finances. I also did some online shopping for aquarium pump parts and other random stuff.
The day ended up a success, but I'm glad Prom is a few months away!

I'd recommend planning to spend the day out with friends, or fishing, or whatever you like to do next time, though. ;)
