Without motivation we cannot be successful at what we try to do. Motivation is a driving force that gives us the will to be able to accomplish tasks and succeed at our goals. The determination to get up and exercise especially when we don’t feel like it. But how does one develop the motivation to succeed?
- Learn to accept yourself and set realistic goals. The media can play such a large role in so many people not being able to accept who one is. It is important to be happy in ones own body. Loving yourself for who you are now, not who you wish to become is so important.
- Focus on the positive by making a list of your good qualities, things you’ve done and physical qualities.
- If you don't reach a goal when you want, just focus on the fact that you will get there in time. The weight did not get there in one week, it won’t be lost that quickly either.
- If you miss exercise one day don't worry just go back. The war is not lost if you missed one day of the battle. Do not use this as an excuse to just forget about your goal.

I did walk for 35 minutes this morning. Yayyy.
point 1 is so right, accept yourself, know your limitations and set realistic (small) goals towards bigger goals!
