I have been using Picasa from Google to edit my photos, and although I like the program, am missing those great borders. I have also used Corel's free trial in the past, but it expires after two months.
What programs do you use?
Can you recommend any free online editing programs?

I havent tried Picasa, but sounds like it might be worth a try, most of Googles items are good.
Also try here: www.versiontracker.com
type in "Art/photo programs" for your search, it will tell you any free/shareware programs available for download. (its a legitimate site, not one of those illegal download things)
I have Picasa, but I haven't tried it yet. I am going to download a trial of Photoshop to see what all the hype is about. lol
Tracey I went to download a version of photoshop, and it seems to be working ok, it is more difficult to navigate than the corel programs though, and I have not found many frames, but maybe that is just me.
I did use photoshop at work many years ago, and I see that it has not changed much.
and I am glad I was able to help you reach that goal
Now, I am just coming back to help
replenish your points
since you helped me out so much with mine!
Picasa is great and free. And, its my favorite overall.

I also love picnik. I do not know how to link it, but its www.picnik.com.
http://fotoflexer.com/
Fotoflexer has a beautify button (that I love...rofl)
that fixes wrinkles or blemishes.
I also have used phixr.
