Donnie Darko is such an odd movie. I've seen it probably a dozen times, and I still feel like I'm missing something, somewhere. There are quite a few scenes that I'm just not even sure what the point is. Like the scene with the English teacher and the Physics teacher in the teacher's lounge, laughing quietly and one of them says "Donnie Darko." And that's it. I don't get it.
Anyone have any deep thoughts to share about this movie, or other parts that confuse you? Maybe we can help each other sort out all of the weirdness and make sense of this movie!
