Stupid camera battery

Probably because it's what I DON'T need to be doing right now, I want to go out and take photos.  It's just right for it, and there are some gorgeous fall trees just a block away from my apartment.

Why am I still sitting inside?  Because my camera battery decided to be almost completely drained this morning.  (I blame the camera battery, but I know that I let it run down, because I do take a lot of pictures.)  I just can't win today.

I use rechargeables with mine, but they get run down quick..

Mine is also rechargeable, and is currently in the charger. Unfortunately, the light today keeps changing, and I'm afraid that by the time that the battery is charged, it will either be unfavorable light, or time to pick up my fiance from work.

My new camera runs on double A and I carry an extra set everywhere I go because I know this frustration.

Most cameras do have a little bit of internal memory without the camera battery. Go try.

omg....I have so many rechargeable batteries lying around just in case I don't have time to wait...but sometimes they are always red on the charger which means that they are dead!! I hate that!!! You should buy more batteries so you'll never run out!

Yep -we keep that charger on at all times - It is unsightly and I use to put it in a drawer -but we were using it so much that I gave up on that :O)~ And Taylor has a good point always have extras - you can never have too many extras!!

Stupid batteries - don't they know when it's a great camera day???? (hee-hee)

I should probably get a spare. As it turned out, my fiance told me I could use his camera, but then it got really dark out and started raining. No luck for me today!

I hate batteries. My camera eats them like candy! They get so expensive too!
