Most of my dreams have nothing to do with me (in the dream) or people that I know. Some are very weird dreams. Always very vivid. My dreams are so vivid that I notice things like street names etc and will remember them when I wake.
I sometimes think that dreams can be visualizations of things going on in your life. Feelings, conflicts, hopes etc. But really... some dreams... I don't know.
Like this one dream I had about a woman in her early 40s, her personality nothing like my own, divorced, no children, very close to her mother who is widowed and living the wild and free life.
Her mother meets a man on the internet and decides to meet him in person in Hawaii. Her daughter is upset and decides to go along as "protection". While there she meets a man and much against her desire falls in love... when they finally decide to introduce each other to their parents (woman's mother, mans father), it turns out that the guy she's fallen in love with is the son of her Mothers boyfriend. (I've actually been slowly working on turning this one into a Romance novel LOL).
But... see what I mean... I really can't comprehend how this dream really has anything to do with me or my life.
I've got tons of off the wall, what the heck dreams.
