I know what soem of you are thinking. It's a pain. I don't have time for it. I have no motivation. I don't see the results. Once I start, I stop. Getting into an exercise routine is the hardest. I know from experience. Starting exercising is quite simple, what's hard is sticking to that routine no matter what. We get sick, we get exhausted from work, things show up that keep us from gettign our workout. But is this day and age there really are no excuses. Our mind creates so many excuses for us. I had no motivation and I really didn't feel like I wasn't makign any improvements. I'm so grateful I started going again. It really does make a huge difference. It's not just that won't won't feel guilty when I bite into that fudge brownie, but it's mroe than that. I feel more energized, healthier. I'm less irritable, and more mellowed out. I feel an overall difference in attitude. I reccommend exercise to everyone. Whatever you can do, just do something. It will make a big difference in yoru life. What are yoru experiences with exercise, whether they be good or bad.

The Big Secret of Healthy Eating
Most people uses Specifics when they exercise (tummy, thighs, triceps)
walking with weights does it all.
I just learned that driving is a good tummy exercise. Everytime you hit the brakes, you use your stomache muscles and you know that almost everyone causes you to hit them brakes.
Laughing is also good tummy-muscles builders.
There are lots of things that you naturally do to tone muscles.
But none of that matters if you can't lay off the fried chicken and BBQ potatoe chips with a diet coke.
After my weight plateaued for several months, I kicked up the intensity and frequency of my exercises, and I've noticed that I'm shaping up!
Keep trying new things until you find what you love, then the habit will come a lot easier!
Good article.
