This speaks to me of the joy of freedom that the falcon is tasting when soaring on its own, while in the process of falconry training. I took it that the gauntlet meant the long protective glove that a falconer would use when training the falcon for hunting. It speaks, too, of the joy of the observer of the bird in its flight that is so symbolic of freedom. Well-done, Tracey.
