Happy Monday morning to all. It is 67 here already and supposed to be a warm one today (88 degrees) with possible thunderstorms later. I still have some last minute preparations for my company so won't be able to stay as long this morning. Come on in and sit a spell and enjoy that morning coffee.

Abby Pradarelli heard last spring that several of her classmates at Lucas Elementary would not be able to get school supplies they needed for the new school year.
Others at the school were working to raise money to buy the paper, pencils and other supplies, and Abby decided to help, too.
"I heard a lot of kids doing it, so I wanted to do it, too," said Abby, 7, a second-grader at Lucas.
To raise the money, Abby decided to draw comic and story books for friends and family. Knowing what each of her potential customers liked, she personalized each one, said her father, Steve Pradarelli. Topics ran from sports, such as "The Soccer Book" to "Super Finger," which was written with her big sister, Emma, for a friend who had cut his finger. The books, about 30 in all, were received fairly well by her friends, Abby said.
"They thought it was cool," she said. "Some people said no (to buying one), other people say yes."
In addition, for her birthday party on May 30, she asked her guests to donate $5 to the cause rather than buy gifts for her, said her mother, Melinda Pradarelli.
In the end, Abby raised $200. She went on a school shopping spree in July, buying playground balls, scissors, board games and anything else that was on the supply list for Lucas Elementary second-graders. She then carted them in a wagon to school and presented them to Principal Brian Lehmann.
Abby said she surpassed the expectations of many, including her parents.
"They thought I was only going to get (about $50)," Abby said. "I thought it was pretty cool."
I have to get my show on the road or I won't be ready when my company arrives.
Everyone feel free to stay and visit or just drop by and leave a commen for others.
Have a great Monday.
