Given what you have going on with your writing, I can see how that would happen. My beds are pretty weedy this year too. Between writing contests and a grandbaby the roses have had to fend for themselves as it were.
Hi Wendy, I used to work at the Reinisch Rose Gardens at Gage Park in Topeka, Kansas. I have since found out that caring for hundreds of rose bushes and caring for the few at home don't necessarily correlate. I guess I should have paid more attention to the boss when she was talking. At least I haven't killed any roses yet.
