For many of us, writing is at minimum a part time hobby in which we hope to make something a little extra. I am sure that we all use the different sites that are so popular such as Associated Content and Helium. I have done pretty well on them this year and have no complaints.
So, what kinds of things do you do to promote your work? Does it help? I think promotion is so important and my mother is always after me to do more of it and to allow others to read what I have written. So, she has me thinking now and I am hoping to get on it.
If you would like to promote any of your stuff, add a link below. Maybe others will see what you are doing and do something similar. Unfamiliar with Associated Content or Helium? Send me a private message, I would love to refer you to either or both of them.
Promote away my Gather friends, tonight is a night for sharing......

Amanda, yep, sharing = networking = more page views = gooooood. ;)
I also use a lot of those links at AC and promote my work there. It's time consuming, though I do think that it helps.
