I remember a friend of mine who had to go on a very rigid food plan. This plan pretty much excluded any sugar, white flour and very limited carbs in general. Her new husband of three months was very concerned for her health but also knew there would be times when he wanted snacks for himself. He asked her what he should do if she tried to get into his snacks. She turned around very calmly, tension in her body, and in a hiss said, "Get out of my way."
