The U.S. Senate just told us to sit down and be quiet. They passed a resolution condemning MoveOn.org and it has one purpose: To intimidate all of us who care about ending this war. To send a message that anyone who speaks unpleasant truths about this war will pay. To make everyone--especially politicians--think twice before they accuse the administration of lying. Every day, our brave men and women are dying in a bloody civil war this Senate has done nothing to stop.
They couldn't even pass a bill to give soldiers adequate leave with their families before redeploying. But they're spending time cracking down on a newspaper ad?
We can't let that happen. I just signed a statement telling Congress that they won't intimidate me, and I'm going to keep speaking out until they force an exit strategy out of this awful war. Can you join me?

the iraqi's didn't send planes into the world trade center. It was Bin Laden...umm he's from Pakistan...kinda...actually by way of Saudi Arabia.
so this war has nothing to do with 9/11
when we were first told we were attacking Iraq it was because they had weapons of mass destruction....ummmm those didn't count the commercial airliners that were part of the Al Qaida attack
Yes, apparently we DO need to remember who started this war. WE DID!! How many Iraquis were on those planes? NONE! How much Iraqui money was behind it all? NONE! How many atomic bombs have we found in Iraq? NONE!
"Or has everyone forgot what September 11 was."
Apparently YOU HAVE: September 11th was a TERRORIST ATTACK, NOT AN IRAQUI ATTACK. After Pearl Harbor, we made Tojo PAY for it...But this time, Osama bin Eff'ing Laden is going to die peacefully of old age as a terrorist folk-hero IN PAKISTAN, NOT IRAQ.
