You can type in the codes from coke products at their website, and earn points. Then, you can spend the points. We don't buy much soda, so I don't collect them. I just usually toss them out because I never pay attention.
Good question, I think it is the bottle cap codes. My husband was doing it for awhile, I gave up drinking soda last April when I was in the hospital so I don't have caps to give him anymore.
Yup - it's a loyalty program of sorts that the Coca Cola company started in 2006. Appropriately marked bottles (of Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, flavored Dasani, Vault, and a bunch of other brands) have coded caps, as do the flaps of 12 and 24-packs. Program participants go to the Mycokerewards.com website, log into their accounts, and enter the codes. Each code is one-time use only, so once it's been redeemed on the website, it's no longer any good to anyone else. These points add up (slowly), and members can trade them in for prizes - free Cokes, clothes, etc..

I racked up a bunch of them due to my love/addiction of Coke. I was able to earn a free AMC movie ticket with it, so it's kinda cool..they also have magazine subscriptions, blockbuster gift certificates and alot more!
cool. ;)..... i finally got some sprite and coke tonight.. now what? they say the site is under maintenance? what do i do now? how many points is : two liters, 20 oz drinks, and 12 pack or 24 packs worth? or..is it just the camps from 20 oz drinks? :/
Cool. Well, I'm not sure if I want to do it yet, but I have 10 caps or more .. prob 15-20 caps altogether, and a Dasani water 24 pack, but how much does the gift cards in points? Just curious? Will it take forever to save the points?
If you enter the codes on the site you can save them up for everything from a free coke to a laptop. I'm saving mine to buy airline miles. I got a telescope with the last batch of codes I had. If there is anyone who doesn't want their codes I would gladly accept them.

I believe the 12 packs are worth 10 pts. each and I know the 24 packs are 10 pts.
Michelle, I love this program, as it rewards me for cleaning up the streets.
But on a happy note, I found four 12-pack codes today in empty cartons that were sitting in the tops of various trash cans while I was out geocaching.
