Good Morning Gather, or Audrey's Crazy Coffee Club

I wasn't especting to be home this morning as it is a school day, but I woke up feeling ill and thought I'd better not go.  I have a bad sinus headache and have taken something for it in hopes of feeling better.  Just hope I didn't pick up a bug from the school children.  There is lots of sickness going around already.

It is a sunny but cooler morning at 61 degrees.  Everything looks so green for this time of year. We have had sufficient rains to keep the green with us longer.  The trees are starting to turn so the green leaves are getting lighter with patches of yellow or red in the trees.  The linden trees in my back yard get yellow leaves in the fall and I noticed yesterday that they too have patches of yellow in them.

Good Morning, Audrey - and everyone! Gee, Audrey, be careful if you feel any worse than just sinus. My husband and I just got over a 2 1/2 week bout with some bug that started with sinus. He already had pneumonia by the time we saw the doctor on the 4th day and I was close to it too - we thought it was just sinus. We both had antibiotics and had to have oxygen. Scary stuff! There IS a bad bug going around. Take good care now... See ya later! :-)

Every year the seasons come as always. It never fails to amaze me that we humans are so often the last ones to "get it." Changing seasons, sliding tempatures brings with it a lot of sick children with the regularity of the seasons.
