So, about 2 weeks ago my wonderful Dell printer told me that it was running low on ink, and finally a few days ago that it was out of ink.
Well apparently it didn't communicate that to the ink cartridge, because it's still printing like I just put a new cartridge in it.
I know that companies set their products to alert consumers that they are running low even when they are not so that they spend more money on their products, but gosh I didn't think that it was that bad!
Has anyone else had a similar experience with any of their electronic equipment, and does anyone know how to override these settings in the hardware?

REFILL KITS.. A little messy at first.. and your first attempt might be a complete failure or MESS.. But in the last few years I have spent about 80 dollars on refill ink and have saved myself several hundred dollars on new ink carts!
