I really like all of your photos!! Wish I had the time to look at each and every one of them. I appreciate the many comments I received on my own photos. They were very nice.
This has also inspired me to take more photos and display them for my gather family.
How many of you scrapbook? This is a form of scrapbooking; a good way to flex your journaling muscles.
AND...Do you realize storing your images here is a good way to ensure they will survive a computer crash? You cannot print from here, but at least you have a copy. I also store on various photo printing sites.
I just do not trust computers to hold them all. In my computer business, I have seen many a crash and they lose EVERYTHING! There is little I can do once it gets to that point.
Some families store on CDs or DVDs organizing by year or event. This is a super way to make sure you hold on to the memories. Oh, and I know, PRINT and put them in an album. That will come later, right?
You can also save an image as your desktop background (wallpaper):
- Right mouse click on any photo you have permission to use
- Choose, set as background
If the image is too small, it will look distorted so make sure it displays properly. If it does not, simply choose another photo, bring it up and repeat the process. Sometimes increasing the size of your photo before you set it as your background will ensure better quality.
Hope you enjoyed this and found out something new!
Good luck...and thanks for sharing!
