With the cooler weather,I've been thinking of getting the crockpot easy. It's great to come home in the evening and have a nice meal waiting. This is one of my favorite recipes. It sounds a little strange,but it's really good.
Cream Cheese Chicken
6 boneless chicken breasts
1 package of Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing mix
1 stick of butter
1 can of cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1 8 oz package of cream cheese
Put the chicken, good seasons and butter in the crockpot. Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours. Mix the cream cheese and soup together and add to the crockput. Cool for an half hour.
Serve with noodles.
Yummy!
