I have experienced cliques on some sites, but on this one I have not. I truly enjoy it. Have been on over a year now, and am still exploring and learning and connecting.

Used to be afraid to post, but now am ready to face the world.

You will always get "hecklers" in your life, just learn to know where they are coming from. Do not let that discourage you.

Yes, I have groups. The difference with mine (on the Internet and real life) is that ANYONE and EVERYONE is willing to join.

Sorry to see some of you experienced negativity and flags. I hope that does not continue! It could be you probably stirred something in them that they did not like too much. Or, some people are just unhappy and spread their misery around. It could even be a deeper psychological, personal or spiritual struggle. Do not worry, do not beat yourself up.

JUST...

Keep going, it's what writers MUST do! We like you here!

there are a select few that will bash you for breathing wrong but for the very few...they can be overlooked.

I have a ton of fun posting my opinion and fun stuff on here as well.

I just ignore the negativity. There is just too much good feedback to let the petty people win.

It is a great site, but I've got to disagree on one point, it is cliquey, but that seems to be the natural order of things.

I like the variety. If I'm called stupid I just ignore it and keep posting. It's easy to talk "past" others if they're going to be rude. It isn't like they're actually in the same room with me.

(they might be seven states away!)

I know you can't win 'em all.

I hope my article tells the story that this site is one of the better ones on the web for many reasons. I have unforgettable memories and feel I have spent time with family while helping others.
