Last Halloween-Part 2-Photo Essay

Here is the fun part of last year's Halloween. This is the cutting of the pumpkins and the wearing of the costumes.

 

 

Jordyn with the pumpkin he picked out at the store. This one was a little small to cut.

 

 

Its squishy in there.

 

 

Jordyn's friend Marriana is not too sure about all this.

 

 

I'm not sticking my hand in there again.

 

 

Oh what a mess they made.

 

 

Poppy took over. Poppy, you need to open your eyes to see where you are cutting.

Time to light them up. Here is Marriana's.

 

 

Here is Jordyn's. He wanted one to look like a big foot truck.

 

 

And here is JD's. His mom wanted an angel for him because he was our miracle baby.

These pictures are great! I love that monster truck pumpkin. And that picture of Poppy with his eyes closed, he looks like he's meditating, trying to achieve his inner pumpkin so to speak!!! I love it!! Thank you for sharing this with us!!!

hey, what are dad's for,,,

I remember finishing off the pumpkins when mine were young...same thing,,,
yuck, I'm not putting my hand back in there,,LOL...I never have minded getting dirty.

Poppy is the grandpa, my boyfriend. Hes not their blood grandpa but don't tell him that. He treats them just like his own.

This is wonderful Brenda, I love the pictures and the kids are adorable, and poor Poppy, I think the shot shows his eyes down, looking at the task at hand, and I must say whoever carved the pumpkins is an artist, they are wonderful, never saw any done like that before. Great photo essay.

How did I know one of the children would want to be Spiderman. I bought my cousin,s two year old some P.J,s for his birthday, he opened his package here and put it right on over his clothes and would not let anyone take them off. He would scream everytime we tried.

Of course I am Jimmy. We are planning to go to the Pumpkin Patch on October 20th. We don't want to get the pumpkins too early. And I have a camcorder now so I will have better videos too.
