I can't remember the last time that happened, but it was a ridiculous game today. I was going nuts. Lions pulled it out in overtime off of a field goal. Few things I learned from watching this game:
- Kitna is a tough bugger. He got knocked out by a wicked hit, came back and willed us to a win I'm not sure we'd have gotten otherwise.
- Our front 4 on defense is very good
- We still have no running game. I don't know if that's a product of bad running backs or bad offensive line. Could be both.
I'll definitely take it!

I picked the Lions to win! Today was the first time ever that the Vikes and the Lions played when both were undefeated!
The Lions are playing well, actually. I watched part of that game and otehr than the Vikes getting seven off that sack, the Lions played good football!

And believe me Dan - it's hard to believe. *ignores his wife's taunts* I mean, they usually only get 3 or 4 wins in a season. :)
You a Bills fan, David? I have a buddy at work who is a huge fan. Lynch looks good enough so far, but their defense hasn't looked terribly sharp and that passing game with Evans hasn't materialized yet.
I'm liking Calvin Johnson more and more too. He's only a rookie, but he's had a td in each game, and he ran that ball on a trick play for a big first down and looked good doing it. Dude's a freakish athlete.
