Fuzzy loves socks, but not enough to be involved with them as a career.

Fuzzy loves Missy, but doesn't like the vet, so that's not an option either.
He also likes getting into trouble, but there's no money in that.

Here, he has destroyed his fuzzball, but he still loves it.

Let's see, what's in here, there must be something in here for me.

Maybe it's a band-aid, or a tissue. I like both of them. Missy gets all the cotton swabs though.

Yes, I know he's a little young to have a career, after all he is only not quite five months old yet, but he has decided he likes to pick trash so he is going to be a trash cat. This little guy will not stay out of the trash. As you can see, it is very amusing, but messy also. I am forever picking up trash from all over the house. He always seems to find something interesting and can't figure out why we would throw something so good away. The best is when he gets a band aid stuck to his fur. Why do we have so many band aids in the trash? He's a fighter. Must be the feral in him. If it moves, he attacks it. He'll be on the top of the sofa or a chair and if you walk by you get swatted. If he is on the floor, he manages to hide and as you walk by he runs, throws his front paws around your leg, tilts his head and bites! I think he will soon feel his name is Don't Bite!.
Ah, but you gotta love him. He's so fuzzy and soft and cute, can't forget the cute. Between his long hairy ears and his big bushy tail, I just can't get mad, but he does hurt with those needle teeth.
So, there's only one thing to do - wait, what's that in the trash?

Maybe I should buy him a nice, new, clean trash can of his very own.
Oh, it's you Fuzzy. I was just going to empty the trash. Good thing you woke up!

Cats like things that are new to them,
not necessarily NEW ... the new trash bin may
very well get passed by ... but the other waste
baskets filled with new treasures to be discovered ...

Margy - Thanks, I'll try that, but I doubt it will faze him. I'll try anything though except a muzzle, although that is tempting. I'll let you know if it works.
We have a cat that gets into the trash all the time. Jack. He likes to knock all the wastebaskets over. Doesn't do anything with it, just knocks them over and then off he goes. LOL
Keep up the trash hunting, I hear it can be quite lucrative. Oh yes indeed.
Janet - your Siamese sounds so cute and very smart. I hope Fuzzy doesn't get too smart, he'll be a real handful then.
Victoria - Jack must be a riot running around knocking over trash cans. Fuzzy does that also but he likes to explore in them after they are knocked over.
Krissy - It's a good thing we don't live close by, I'd be there in a flash and then I'd be trying to talk DH into another kitty. You'll have to post some photos of them. When the kids were younger we had quite a few litters of kittens. It is so amazing to experience.
Beth, thans.
Marian, thanks, he is growing way too fast.
Amy, thanks, Fuzzy always keeps me amused. I bet Shadow is the same.
Julya, thanks so much.

Jane - if Fuzzy was an outdoors cat I think he'd make a purrfect dumpster diver!
Your kitties are beautiful!
My kitty likes to go thru the bathroom trash for the dirty q-tips and chew on them...
Arelene, thank you. I'm going to see if I have one. What a great idea.
Amanda, thanks. Missy is the Q-tip cat. She does the same thing. Ewww.
Shannon, thanks forthe kind comment.
Stephanie, thanks for commenting.
We are telling the pets all the time that they need to get out to earn a living and their keep!
Blessings
wiaka - thanks, yes he does keep me going and young.
Monika, thanks.
Liz - So kind of you, thanks. Insanity and cats go together! That's why we love them.
10 !
Nan - Thanks. Fuzzy has calmed down a little. I love his funny personality. Yes, paper balls are a favorite and the crinkle balls at the pet shops too.
Leanarda, thanks.
