FALL'S BOUNTY
Fall brings colors of varied hues.
Splotches of color against a canvas of blue.
Leaves cling to their perches up high.
'Til the wind makes them flutter and fly.
Apples drop and litter the ground.
After are made into tart pies so round.
Cider and sauces canned by the pound-
Deer wiil feed where leftovers abound.
One other fruit makes fall complete.
That big orange friend of trick or treat.
Carved face and a pie cooked up sweet.
Jack-o-lanterns brighten every street.
Short warm days and long cold nights.
Mums soft beauty and foliage so bright.
Make fall a time of great delight.
Joyful as the geese, man's spirit takes flight.
