Trying to lose weight and get healthy is a difficult task. But it is necessary. My goals for the coming week.
1. Walk every day (Goal of at least 1/2 hour everyday by end of week, may start with less for first few days)
2. Drink more water (Aim for 8 glasses a day)
3. Stay away from soda (Difficult for me to do, but I was able to stay away today. I think I'm addicted)
4. Lessen the amount of bread I eat. (I could live off pizza, so limiting the amount of bread products is tough but must be done)
It has been a while since I exercised so I will start with just walking. I know that to really lose weight I will need to probably add more aerobic activity but I will start small.
The goals are small for now, but if I take it one day at a time it can be done. I just need to remember that the end result will be worth it. I deserve to be healthy.

#3 is tough for me, I'm addicted :)
You are on track - it's SMALL changes! And putting it here holds you accountable. I try to move a bit every day. Sometimes just do YOGA poses. It tightens things up a bit and relieves my stress. Also do the mini-tramp. Walking won't help me lose weight but jogging will. Hmmm...
