What is your greatest regret?

We all have regrets of some kind.  I try not to think about the shoulda, woulda, couldas and think about what I have done with my life.  

 Do you believe in the existence of soul mates and/ or true love?

Nah.  I believe that there are people that we love for whatever time we have to love them and to be loved by them. 

Who is the person you despise the most, and why?

There isn't a single person that I know personally whom I despise.  When I meet someone I focus on the good things about them.  When you focus on the bad things, you see less of the good. 

What makes you laugh?

My grandkids make me laugh.  Watching a child at play and listening to their laughter brings laughter to me. 

What  do you believe makes a successful life?

Being true to yourself and your feelings is most important.  Living each day with joy, laughter, and love, and sharing it with others is what success is to me.

Are you a better leader or follower?

There was a time when I was a follower.  One day I decided to go against what I had always done.  I found a better way.  I became my own person. 

Do you tend to argue with people , or avoid conflict?

I avoid conflict as much as possible.  I will stand and let my voice be heard when I "know" I am right.  But, if the person I am in a heated discussion with refuses to hear the truth, I walk away. 

What is your greatest fear?

Losing family and friends that you hold closest to your heart is a tormenting thought.  That is my greatest fear.

What are your pet peeves?

Mean people.  Why do people have to belittle others, talk them down, make them feel small?  Walk a mile in their shoes first before you cast the first stone.

What's the most adventurous thing you've done or would do?

I hate boats!  I have a great fear of boats.  When at Niagara Falls we went on the Maid of the Mist.  Wow, it was incredible.  I would do it over and over again.  Now if  I could only get brave enough to take the helicopter ride.
