Ingredients
2 Chicken Breasts
Salad Greens
Sliced Almonds
Strawberries
2 Tbs. Olive Oil
I boiled chicken breasts in a pot of water, reserving chicken broth to save for soup. You can marinate chicken breasts using your favorite marinating sauce, Italian Dressing for instance. Keep in refrigerator until ready to use. Chicken is easier to cut into strips after cold.
Cut chicken into strips and sauté’ in olive oil in skillet on stovetop until slightly browned. Put your preferred amount of salad greens in bowl or serving plate. Mix sliced almonds and sliced strawberries into salad greens. Top with chicken strips.

I used Brianna’s Blush Wine Vinaigrette, which goes excellent with this combination, especially the strawberries.
